Booking & Prices
We operate a very flexible system whereby each booking is taken on an individual, first come first served basis.
We do not have a set change-over day – You could stay for three days or thirty.
Our experience over the last 5 years is that our clients have overwhelmingly preferred the freedom of being able to select their start and finish day (not restricting them to Saturdays), allowing them to take advantage of cheaper flights.
We charge on a per day (or part thereof) basis. Therefore, if you booked from Wed 1st to Wed 8th August, that would 8 chargeable days.
Adults:

| May 1st – 30th June | £57 per day |
| Jul 1st – 11th Sept | £65 per day |
| Sep 12th – 11th Nov | £57 per day |
| Nov 12th – 31st Dec | £45 per day |
Children (all ages at time of travel):
| Under 2′s | free |
| 2,3,4 year olds | £25 per day all year |
| 5,6,7 year olds | £30 per day all year |
| 8,9,10 year olds | £35 per day all year |
| 11,12,13 year olds | £40 per day all year |
| 14 and above is considered an adult. | |
Deals can be done for more than one family or large families and bookings of more than 4 adults – please contact the owner. Also, special rates are available for longer term winter lets.
Age is based on date of arrival.
Swimming Pool Heating Charge
If you require the swimming pool to be heated there is a supplementary charge based on full heating (£20 per day) or warming (£10 per day).
Winter Lets – Special rates can be negotiated for extended winter rentals.
